Old Registration Code

I've looked around for the last hour or so for an answer to this question, knowing me i'm over looking it, but here goes.

a few days ago i had to reformat because of a bad crash. I could not unlicense my zmud. I went back to zuggsoft and redownloaded zmud and put my registration code in, I got this message:

**The old elicense copy protection system has been replaced by a new method that requires a new license key. If the old version of this software was working on this computer, then you should see an upgrade button on your trial screen. Go back and click that Upgrade button to automatically retrieve a new license key.

If you do not see an upgrade button on the trail screen, then go back to zugg software storefor instructions on how to log onto our older system and retrieve your license key. **

Alright, i've been all over this page and most of anythingi could find even mentioning license keys on support FAQ and some searchings on the forums that brought up basicly nothing.

If my old elicense is completely wiped from my computer, how do i go about putting in my old license key?

If you have your reg code then it's easy...

From the sticky at the top of the general forums:
'If you have problems getting a license key, you need to email your registration info to support@zuggsoft.com.'
