How can I get the value of a number raised to an arbitrary power?

for example 13^2

Is there a way without a kludge?

(I am aware of programming kludges for this, or even functions I can write. Is it built into ZMud?)

I would suggest you use VBScript or JavaScript to handle this. I believe both have an exponent function, that should be readily accessible.
