newbie; version 6.16 or 6.35 ??

Probably a zmud newbie question, but i would appreciate your help/recommendation.
Should i use 6.16 (stability) or 6.35(features)?

Newbies should use 6.16. The latest batch of betas (6.3x) have proven themselves to be only for the most patient of beta-testers.
