E-license problem, please help

I have tried running the program with admin priviledges for the first time. Here's the symptoms that I get when openning up zMUD on my Windows 2000 Professional SP2 OS.

If ran with Administrative priviledges on the active user account or if active user doesn't have admin priviledge, but opened the program with another user account that does have administrator priviledges (via Shift-Right click the program icon, then click on "Run As..."):

zMUD 6.24 opens to the Installation notes of how to install the program. Have to click on "OK" then able to do whatever user wants to do with zMUD 6.24.

If attempted to be opened after it was initially ran the first time with administrative rights, and active user doesn't have administrative rights:

When attempting to open program, an eLicense Control information message pops up stating "In order to finish initializing, this application must first be run by a user with administrator privilegees. Please contact your system administrator for help. 5"

Currently, the program is showing as licensed using the 2nd license as I probably lost the first license from a system failure that caused me to have to reformat the HD. This system failure was caused by a virus and cause of that, I have put in stringent security measures. However, this is the only program of several programs that doesn't seem to be cooperating too well with the system, so as it could operate properly under different user accounts on the same computer.

I have had thoughts of deleting the program and then reinstalling it, but on the other hand, I also don't want to lose my license by doing this either. I realize I have a total of 3 licenses and currently, the first one is lost while the program is using the second license which has been in effect since December 6th, 2001. Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated as I do not want to have the user accounts to have administrator priviledges mainly cause I am wanting to use every reasonable measure possible to prevent viruses/bugs from entering into the computer system.

I would have posted this on the Beta Forum, but I seem to not have access to it.
