I've recently discovered how to use the stat window, but while figuring it out I entered "#STW ." in the command line and now can't get rid of the period sitting in the window. I couldn't figure out how to clear it from the help files either.
How can I reset the status window? |

Open the Settings Editor to the Status Line/Window page by selecting Status Bars... from the View menu.
Find the status window which has the period and edit or delete it. |
