Can You Create Map from Log?

I have a lengthy log file and would like to create a map from it using Zmud's Automapper, however, I can't seem to find a way to load the log into the mapper (other than to configure it.
Is this possible? If so, how?

In the Zone menu in automapper, choose: Create from Log File.

I did this - but it did not work correctly. The format of the log file is pretty basic:
Room Title [EXITS]
prompt>e
Room Title [EXITS]
etc..
I configured in offline mode and that seemed to work properly, but when I create using Zone menu option to "create from log file" I get at most three rooms and certainly nothing like the 500+ rooms I wandered through.
