Cannot perform? Zmud 7.21

I have 7.21 version of zmud on vista and this is what im getting...
Chars: Cannot perform this operation on a closed dataset.
now zmud will be trying to run in the background but wont get past
Loading zMUD Modules... 0

what do i have to do? |

Check the stickies at the top of the forum. Also, don't install zMUD in Program Files.
