[2.18] minimizing to the tray

How the hell do I minimize to the tray in 2.18? A quick search gave me almost no information except that this feature has been removed from CMUD, and perhaps is actually a part of the theme engine now...and none of the themes that come with CMUD actually seem to support that feature (if it's true that it's a part of the theme engine now). Is it still in CMUD? How do I get this feature back?

This feature is temporarily disabled because of removal of the Theme engine.

Oi, how unfortunate. Is the theme engine expected to be reinserted in the near future?

As far as I know Zugg plans to restore minimizing to tray feature. And the Theme engine has gone forever, now Windows itself is in charge for theming.
