CMUD 2.18 - windows don't magnetize anymore?

I didn't download any of the betas, so I'm not sure when this stopped working -- sometime in between the last public version and 2.18, but the windows in CMUD no longer act as magnets. They no longer "cling" to the nearest edge of the desktop. Why was this removed?

The theme engine that CMUD used prior to 2.1x has been removed - it caused some serious problems with few benefits. It means that small things like this are gone, though - Zugg may replace them at some point, but it's a pretty minor feature.
