Zmud quit working.

Lo all,

the problem i'm having with zmud is that it will not open. i believe it has to do with the elicense thing but i'm not certain. i nailed it down to this idea b/c there aint a license installed on my computer anymore and i can move all the files in the zmud install dir out of the dir except the zmud exe and the elicense dll without zmud getting upset about it.

i'm running win2k sp3 with all the latest 'greatest' patches from microsoft.

6.39 was running great up until it auto installed the 6.40 update.
anyone got any ideas for me on how to get this critter up n runnin again? i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, hacking the zmud entries outa my registry manually in between. i'm bout ready to format the beggar to get this to work again but i'd prefer not to (;

any help is appreciated!

Make sure that the LicCtrl service is running and not set to disabled. It will appear as Runservice in Task Manager.
