Command before any input

Is there a way to make a single trigger or statement that would perform a check before any command I send into the mud?
IE #IF (@blah = 1) {who}
No matter which of my triggers fires, or what alias I use etc, it would run that check. Aside from putting that statement at the begining of every trigger alias and macro I have =)
