All ALARMs repeat, except for one-time alarms which are made by putting + in front of the time. So, as long as you don't put + in front of the time it will repeat.
You can turn the ALARM off using #T- as long as it has an ID. It can also be turned off it is in a CLASS by turning the CLASS off.
#ALA "ID" 10:25:37 {say It's exactly 10:25:37am here} //clocktime, this one will go off once a day
#ALA -45:30 {#SAY This goes off when you've been connected for 45 minutes and 30 seconds, then every hour after that} {class} //connect time
#CLASS class
#ALA *15 {#show this is every 15 seconds}
#CLASS 0

Not sure if this is limited to all active classes at connection time or just the None folder, or even if this has changed sometime between 6.16 and the latest beta, but triggers of any kind that aren't in a disabled folder will automatically be reactivated at connection. That means you can have timers going that you didn't want to have going when you connected to the mud.
