Variable problem

Hi,

I need to make the following thing with variables:

Lets say I do #VA caster Haseldow .
Now I would do another variable of #VA protspell@caster 100 .

Now I see in the variables list that I have a variable of @protspellHaseldow that has a value of 100 .

But how can I get the value out later on using something of the similar format:
#EC @protspell@caster ?

@protspell@caster returns Haseldow
@<protspell>@caster returns @casterHaseldow
etc etc...
Nothing returns the value of 100.

I have done this once before and I remember I had to use curlu brackets but can't remember how...any help greatly appreciated.

Solved it:
#EC @{<protspell>@caster}
