Could not initialize installation. CRC error

I read the information on this problem in the FAQ and removed the original download, restarted and right clicked and selected save link as, but it still did the same thing. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, help!

The file got saved the wrong way (ascii vs. binary).
Go to the web page and right click on the
link and save as. Should clear that problem
