system time error

I keep getting a box coming up saying my system time has been backed up.
I try to verify time, but it says time has not been verified, and closeing zmud down.
any ideas on how to rectify this please?

Make sure the system clock has the correct time, date, timezone, and daylight savings settings. Connect to the internet. Make sure you have the correct proxy settings (if needed). Start zMUD. Verify time.
