i understand how to use the # sign if i say wanted to drink water twice i would just #2 drink water
but say i wanted to do multiple actions, in a row, a certain amount of times
would i use
#10 action1;action2;action3
or
#10 {action1;action2;action3}

Of course, you could have found this out in about a minute by just trying it both ways.
