eLicense problems |
I purchased ACExplorer a while ago and need to renew my license. I have a firewall but do not use a proxy server. I have disabled my firewall, and I receive the error code -10. I have sent an email to eLicense about weeks ago and they have not replied. I would also like to get a license for zMud, which I purchased a very, very long time ago (zMud 4.56). Do I need to purchase a new license for the new zMud?

See the lost registration page:

I am getting a "Code -10" error
This means you are behind a proxy server or firewall and have not entered the correct information into eLicense. Click the Proxy button and enter the host name and port of your proxy server. eLicense uses HTTPS to communicate with the remote registration server. If you don't know your proxy information, contact your Network Administrator.

I appreciate your help. However, I am not using a proxy server and have my firewall disabled but am still receiving the -10 error.
I sent this information to eLicense support directly about a month ago and they have not yet replied. |

I'd recommend sending another email (or a copy of your first one) to eLicense. They have usually replied very quickly (within a day), if they haven't replied in over a month I'd have to guess that your email somehow got missed.

Thanks LightBulb. I sent another email and the next day or the day after they replied and fixed my acx problems. My first email must have been missed. :)
