ZMud Action->Send File To Mud.. & Flow Control

I'm curious: In 6.26a Beta, using the menu command Action->Send File To Mud..., does zMUD understand TCP flow control? In general what would happen if the zMUD's side of the connection were flow-controlled by the mud?

I believe zMud is unaware of any flow control. Speed at which the file is sent is adjusted by the send line delay in the general preferences.
