Computer wiped out..what to do for zmud payment?

Hey guys!
Goodness..we've had a bit of a wreck with our computer. My dad was doing something with the hard drive and it just got totally wiped out! Everything was gone, including the Zmud program..We bought it back in Feb. 26th of this year, but we don't remember the license number of the program and not sure how to go about making sure that the big guys know that we did buy it? My dad downloaded it again for the 30 day trial, so at least we have that..But what should we do? Is the only way to buy it again? I think my mom has the bank statement that says it was bought from our credit card..is there something we can copy and send it over to the company? Thanks for all your help!!
