Cut and paste eats alias's? |
I selected 14 alias's, cut them and tried to paste them into a different trigger class.... it wouldnt paste them, i tried to undo changes, it wouldnt, even thou i hadn't saved after trying to cut and paste..... i closed zmud, opened it agian.... alias's still gone.... loaded up the backup settings, gone there to. What happened? anybody have a idea? and anyway to retrieve 14 rather complex alias's?

If they're not in the backup file, they're gone (unless you've exported them somewhere else by chance).
I wasn't aware of a cut & paste bug that does what you describe, so make sure you email Zugg about it to make sure he takes a look for the next release.
It may be helpful to go into your zMUD preferences and disable auto-save on exit which might help avoid this in the future. The downside to this is that you'll have to become conscious of saving your settings file -- but you'll at least always be prompted before zMUD exits a mud window.
