Mapper - Zonemaps are vanishing

Hi,
maybe its a bug, or its just a bad configuration by myself...
The Mapper works very well...almost. I created some maps of several rooms without problems and saved them within different zones.
But after a time the maps get lost somehow. If I click onto a zone' name on the list I suddenly get not the map I had there before, but the map of another zone.
The map, which should be there cannot be found anymore...
After I closed zMud and restartet it, the same problem appeared.
I noticed this problem on v6.16 first, and its still in the current beta v6.24 :(
What can I do?
