Mapper issue: Cannot create new map.dbm
 
I am trying to create a new separate map for a different zone in another part of the world. However I am encountering this error:

FavTreeTbl: Cannot perform closed operation on a closed dataset

Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance.
