Editing line.

Hello.

Problem which I have seems to be easy. I searched google for answer with no results so...

Example line from MUD:
Bla bla bla bla bla you hit him hard and do puf puf puf.

or

Bla Bla Bla you hit him hard and do boom.

Now. I would like to erase everything before 'you hit him hard.'
Replace it with ex 'Attack! !' and leave everything what comes
after 'you hit him hard' so after procesing (cpu friendly possibly)
i end up with this:

Attack! you hit him hard (and do whatever it writes here).

What is the simpliest way to do this ?
