Backspace key |
The backspace key doesn't work in the command line, and I can't figure out why. As it stands now, if I make a mistake when typing a command, I have to use the arrow keys to get before the error, then use delete to erase it and retype. I also used to be able to use the backspace key to make an echoed command active again so I could edit it and resend, but no longer. Any idea what may be causing this?

Remember to always post what version of CMUD you are using and what version of Windows.
With that said, it works fine for me here and I don't remember any known bug in 2.37 regarding the backspace key. You might want to make sure you haven't accidentally assigned a macro to the BS key or something like that. |

Sorry about that. Cmud 3.20, and I use Vista :)
I checked, I have no macros set up at all. |

I just reinstalled the updated version and it seems fine now. Still no idea what it was, probably something silly I did myself though. Thanks.
