[3.20] BUG: Package editor, adding items to database variables
 
From within the package editor, it is not possible to use the GUI to add items to database variables when in database record view (ie, when Type is selected to 'database record')

If you change Type to 'string (literal)' you can add it by typing it manually...

I did this from a completely a new empty package (after restarting) to confirm this.
