[3.16]BUG: Missing tabs in database variable windows (redrawing issue?)

A few issues here with database variables. The first one being that when you click on a database variable FIRST, it starts on the XML tab and does not show the Text nor XML tabs. A second issue is that it then affects the rest of the variables that it starts on XML tab instead of text tab. Third (and this is probably true for any window, though I've only paid attention to it because of the screen shots I took), More shows instead of Less when More information is already showing.

Steps:

1. Open untitled session.
2. On command line, type #ADDITEM testdb rec1 val2
3. On the command line, type #VAR testvar 123
4. Open up Settings Editor, select @testvar. Everything appears normal.
5. Select @testdb. It changes to XML tab and does not show the tabs to switch back to text.
6. Going back to @testvar, it'll remain on the XML tab.

The only way to make the tabs appear is by selecting @testvar again. See the following screenshots below:

First time clicking on database variable:

After clicking on a regular variable, then switching back to the database variable:

Confirmed and added to bug list. Looks like a last-minute problem with the code I added to remove the Compiled Code tabs. The Variable editor is the one editor that handles the tabs differently than the others. I'll probably do a 3.16a patch on Monday to fix this since it's fairly serious.
