Delete not working

For some reason, when I'm in CMud, my delete button doesn't work if I'm typing something. What have I changed that's keeping it from working?

does it absolutely not work at all, or only in certain windows? If it's only happening in the map window then that's a known issue with having the map window docked (undock it and the delete key works again), since the public version still uses the old ZMud mapper code and has not been updated to play nice with the docking system (in technical terms, as far as CMud is aware the docked mapper window has literally disappeared).
