#CW with HEX colors bug?

Hi,
Using "#CW blue,white" in trigger, text background color is white.
Using "#CW #000000,#FFFFFF" only foreground color is set. (Also tried $000000,$FFFFFF - as in documentation is written to use $ with #CW)
Is this a bug?

Also with with "" doesnt work #CW "#000000,#FFFFFF"

This is not a bug. #CW is designed to only set the foreground color. If you want to set both then I would look into using %ansi or <color> tag for MXP.
