[3.10a]Null link checkbox bug

1. Open CMUD, escape to untitled.
2. Click map to make a new map.
3. Put map in edit mode, create a new room.
4. Create a second room and link the two together.
5. Check the 'Null link' box.
You cannot uncheck the 'Null link' box after checking it. Furthermore, clicking 'New link' to add a new link results in the 'Null link' box still being checked.
