[3.08] some map configuration options not being saved

I open a normal session with an existing map. On my map configuration, I mark Room Name Uses Proper-case. I click Config|Save Configuration. I exit cmud, and start it up again with the same session. The Room Name Uses Proper-case is unmarked again.

Confirmed. If you find any other properties that are not being saved, let me know. Added this to bug list.

I have had similar problems with the match room name at beginning option
