[3.07] Character passwords

1. Start cMUD
2. Click "All MUDs" and connect to a MUD that you don't have any session files for, but that you do have a character on.
3. Enter character name when asked by MUD.
4. Enter password when asked by MUD.
5. Notice that cMUD does not ask if you want it to remember the password. This is default behaviour and no bug.
6. Type 'quit' in the MUD, and in the reconnect dialogue select reconnect.
7. Enter character name when asked by MUD.
8. Enter password when asked by MUD.
9. cMUD ask you if you want it to remember the character name and password. Click "Yes".
10. Now close the main cMUD window using the upper right X.
11. Start cMUD.
12. Doubleclick the icon of the session you just created. Notice how cMUD does not autologin, even though you told it to do just that.
I believe I reported the same problem in an earlier version of cMUD. It's probably the same bug  . If you login again and enter name/password the information is saved. |
