Shift multi-line commands |
Ok this is probably a really stupid question as I'm totally new at the mud clients, but is there any way of removing the feature where holding down shift enters multi-line commands instead of commands one at a time like usual? I've tried looking through all of the various options but don't see anything that would remove it. It's seriously messing up some things and if there's any way of turning it off I'd appreciate any help.

I'm not really sure if that can be done.
I'm curious though, why do you want to disable that? Wouldn't it be easier not to press shift at all? |

Nope, that's a standards Windows "feature". When ever you are typing into a multiline text box in Windows, Shift-Enter inserts a "hard" line break. For example, you can try that right now in this forum Reply text box.
So no, it's not going to change...it's part of the standard Windows behavior. |
