[3.05] Crash on install and when starting cmud pro

When it installs at the cmudpro.exe /regserver , and when i start cmud. The program crashes. I am using windows vista.
Windows error log is as follows:
Faulting application CMUDPro.exe, version 3.5.0.0, time stamp 0x49b843d8, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, time stamp 0x00000000, exception code 0xc0000096, fault offset 0x02a13650, process id 0xf60, application start time 0x01c9a6a1fe16994c.
This was done the first time w/ a fresh install. I also have tried installing as administrator. |

Turns out that was due to a currupt install of MDAC.

That sounds odd since CMUD doesn't use MDAC anymore. Maybe it was more of a registry problem of some kind.
