[2.36] Package editor ceases to function

On XP, was trying to move a trigger to a newly created class, but accidentally dropped it on another trigger instead of in the class itself, wherein it became nested. I tried to pick it up and move it into the proper spot, but immediately got bombarded with error messages (btw, was unable to send the error report in, don't know why). Becoming flustered, I closed the package editor and reopened it, only to find that I could neither click on the original trigger nor the copied version without getting a series of errors that made the package editor become unresponsive. I rebooted, and upon reopening CMUD found that the package editor was completely totaled. A window would open, but there would be nothing in it, just a beige background color. I could still use all my triggers and aliases and such, but couldn't alter them in any way due to the package editor being broken.
I came on here and started searching, eventually deciding to try the solution posted here: http://forums.zuggsoft.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=30308&highlight=package+editor That did indeed fix the problem, but I figured I should post about it anyway so it can get taken care of.

I actually did get your crashdump report somehow. I think sometimes it says it wasn't sent when it really was.

If you still have the *.PKG package that has the bad trigger in it, could you email it to me at sales@zuggsoft.com? Then I can look to see how exactly it has gotten messed up.

Glad you found the other post to fix your settings editor window layout. You can also use the Reset to Default Layout command in the View menu in the settings editor to do this in most cases.
