[BUG? 2.28] Shift and Offline no longer resets layout?

I'm having to reset the layout of my session due to corrupted layout, and so I tried holding shift down while right-clicking and selecting offline. This apparently does not reset the layout, and in fact, I had to go to Edit Session, Package Tab, DELETE the layout and save it in order for the MUD to reset my layout.

Weird but confirmed. Not sure how this got broken, but I've added it to the bug list.
