how to remove existing "portal"

I don't know what's wrong with my zmud mapper. However, sometimes, whereever I type "#walk xxx(the name of a room)", it shows "gyq" in the zmud. "gyq" is the name of portal. I don't know the reason. Anyway, I want to delete all my portals to have a try. How can I do it?
