Status Windows and searching this forum

I'm trying to find some good posts on Status Windows - how to set up multiple ones, how to keep them permanent each time Zmud launches, how to ID them, how to send text to them instead of the main mud window etc. I've read the help file which is a good basic intro but I need to find some examples of more.
If anyone knows some good threads on this can they post links? I find this forum really hard to search. I cant believe there are only two results in the forums for this topic but that swhat I get when I use the search box top right of page. Am I missing some trick with searching? It seems next to useless and just brings back the help pages more often than not. |

Use the search in the Site menu instead of the quick search. Also the link in my signature goes to the better search.
You can only have 1 status window, but you can have many child windows. Depending on what you want to display child windows may be easier. We would be happy to help you if we had some specific about what you are looking to do. |
