Macros
 
So... I did what the help told me

ctrl + k and I was prompted to make a key combo, I chose ctrl + e, then said it should send "quit" and "#CMD Disconnect" to the session. But, when I hit ctrl + e, I get the same window I've been getting about recording a value.

Find the preference "Macros override menu shortcuts" and enable it.

Ah, I thought it said that was default.
