Remapping control+a

Is there any way to remap control+a to select all in zMud?

You should be able to if you turn on the "Macros override menu shortcuts" preference.

I think RTA wants to make it so that Ctrl-A no longer opened the Alias window and instead selects everything like in other Windows programs.
I don't think setting Macros to override menu shortcuts would change anything unless you can add a macro that selects everything.

Guinn is right, BUT, I did make it so control+a just sends a blank return, which will work almost as well. I'm coming from a mac, and I used select all (control+a) extensively, especially when things start to move quickly, it's reflex, and so I kept bringing up the alias window at the worst possible times, which totally throws you off. I do appreciate your help, though, the macro override is the next best thing to what I needed.

Oh, I see. A possible alternative is Home and then Shift+End, just so you know.
