Did you have zMUD installed before? Or perhaps did you download zMapper before?
Zugg and Chiara have been having network troubles and may not get Internet access until later today or perhaps tomorrow.
Also if you giving the product a new trial, you should really try CMUD instead. CMUD is the next generation of the product specifically designed for Windows XP and Vista and loads of cool new features. |

There are no such things as trial keys - the trial's the default when zMUD's not been registered, and if it's saying your trial expired then that means that you've already used it. You can try it on another computer, or by formatting the one you have, but that's it.

formatting my computer?
surely you must be joking. i imagine someone will either know how to give me a trial key, or tell me what registry keys need to be removed to correct the problem. |

The point is that the trial's not easy to reset - if it was, nobody would ever buy the software. You should only be getting a message that your trial's been used if you've used it, and your trial begins as soon as you install zMUD. If you installed zMUD in the past, after the last trial reset (which was quite a while ago now that zMUD is feature complete) then you won't be able to try it out again on the same computer. Like I said, there's no such thing as a trial key you can use to get another trial. Everyone gets one trial each time it's reset.
If you're interested in trying out CMUD, the trial was reset on the 14th of December last year, so you should be able to have another go. |
