Help file reader articles |
In the help system on the website, one can provide comments on the help files. Does zugg review these on a periodic basis, to see if the comments are worth rolling into the officail help file?

Yes he does. There are also forum gurus that can incorporate that feed back as well.

Is there any way to "que" the forum guru's that I've added a comment? is that done automatically? Thanks for the quick response.

Well the all Guru's check the forum regularly so I'm sure they've seen it and will do something soon.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't referring to the comment I added to #file, I was referring to comments in general. Thanks!

I use this page to see all posts on the forum since my last visit. KB article comments are stored in forum threads, so they're listed there too.
A lot of the CMUD help files were imported from the zMUD online help files, which were imported from the zMUD offline help files, which were imported from another offline help file system, so the syntax is a bit weird and adding something can be a chore. So some comments are left to stew for a while until someone can fix the horrible syntax in those files. |
