[2.14a] Resetting Toolbar's

Happens every time I press the reset button.
Procedure
1. Launch CMud
2. Press ESC
3. Open up Package Editor
4. Right click on the Menu
5. Select Customize
6. Click "RESET" on the Toolbar's tab.

On a related note: Customising or creating any type of toolbar in the Package Editor doesn't save and it will reset to the default each time its closed - it could be me just not working out how to save it.

This isn't going to be fixed until the Developer Express toolbar component is updated for Delphi 2007 in January. After I upgrade those components, then I'll fix bugs in it and also set up the Package Editor (and Mapper) so that they save their customized toolbars.
