[2.14] #T- isn't always shutting off a global alarm

I can't tell what the particular source of the interaction is, but it seems like the #T- has to be issued in all windows for it to work.

1. Launch CMud
2. Close Sessions window (ESC)
3. Enter at the command line
Code:
#WIN test;#WIN test2;#MODULE glob;#ALARM "ex" *1 {#SHOW fired %window;#IF (%window=test) {#SHOW off;#T- ex}};#MODULE 0

No, you shouldn't need to use #T- in every window. Maybe something else is preventing #t- from working sometimes unless it is disabled in the "last" window that it fires in. I'll look into it.
