[2.11] Timestamps reset on blank lines when toggling delta times

1. Connect to your MUD or do some #SHOWs with text and some carriage returns.
2. Show delta times.
3. Make sure you have some blank lines.
4. Toggle delta times off.
5. Notice that the timestamp on blank lines is set to the time you performed the previous step.
6. Toggle delta times on.
7. Notice that the delta on all lines that follow blank lines have a negative delta. |

Thanks for finding that one...I had seen it happen once before and couldn't reproduce it. I've confirmed this and added it to the bug list.
