Zugg Software :: View topic - Question with regards to an older license key and upgrading it

Hello there,

I had been gone from the MUD scene for about 2 years or so, and I have an old license key (which works with zMUD v5.52 and greater). I just decided to come back to MUDding and downloaded the current version of zMUD, and found out that I would need to upgrade that particular license. My problem is this: I no longer have access to the email account I placed on the order form and thus cannot retrieve my forgotten password to go into the Zugg Software Store to upgrade my license, and since I am unable to find an older version of zMUD from this site to download, I can't upgrade the key that way either.

I'd like some help on what to do. :) Many thanks.

Use the Create Help Request link on the Support menu above to submit a ticket. Include the name, email address, and billing address that were used at the time of the order, and the new email address. Including the old key probably wouldn't hurt either.
