Trigger testing - How do you do it? |
Does anyone know how to test triggers in CMUD? This was one of the most useful features in Zmud, cause a lot of times a trigger LOOKS like it should work fine to me, but doesnt...
I can't seem to find the option in Cmud (1.34).
Thanks |

It's not in CMUD yet - still on the todo list. For now, either disable your trigger and create a new one with the same pattern that echoes something and #echo or #fire the sample text, or use the %match or %regex functions. You could also comment out the script of your trigger and replace it with an echo, then #echo or #fire the sample text.

Be sure to read all of the Sticky topic in this forum before posting. If you read the sticky topic called "Status of New Features in CMUD (Known Issues)" then it will give a link to Known Issues, which mentions that trigger testing is still on the to-do list.

I test triggers with...
#say "Put your trigger test text here." |
