[1.25] Default class options reset on preference change

In the settings editor

Set a class to be disabled by default ('Disable class when connecting').
Enable that class.
Go to window options.
Uncheck 'Command Line'
Check 'Command Line'

The class you'd enabled will now be disabled, as will any others that are disabled on connect.

As mentioned in the release, there are still lots of bugs that haven't been fixed. If you don't see it listed in the Version History, then you can assume the problem still exists. And I didn't see anything in the version history that related to this bug.
