[1.24]variables not clearing

http://forums.zuggsoft.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?p=106679#106679it seems the #var oldpath {} is not always clearing itself out as it should?? seems it doesnt work the first time after I start cmud, but the next time it does.... any idea what this might be?
