Alias problem
 
I am trying to get a simple script to work but have no luck. Any tips?

#COND is used to add another state to the last trigger defined, your use of it in an alias confuses me.

What i would do, is in each of you #ALIASes that you need to wait for balance, add:

#TEMP {You have recovered balance on all limbs.} {nextstep}

Then each step prepares for the next step by itself.
