help with prompt trigger

can you guys help me out with this trigger to assign hp and mv variables to this prompt
<760h(760H) 155v(155V)>

it's hp (with the small h) max hp (with the cap h)
all the < and ( screw it up, and i can't seem to get them all escaped.
